All payments made to Niraaya are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Our services involve time, preparation, energy, and reserved capacity; once a slot or program is booked, resources are allocated accordingly.
Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, will be treated as a completed session.
Repeated late cancellations may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions.
Fees paid for group programs, workshops, circles, or retreats are non-refundable.
Missed group sessions cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or compensated with private sessions.
Access to recordings or materials (if provided) is at the sole discretion of Niraaya.
Group programs rely on collective participation, shared energy, and commitment; therefore, refunds are not possible once the program begins.
Payments for digital products, recorded sessions, downloadable materials, or online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.
